Solomon Metals was established in 1943 by Isadore Solomon in Chelsea, Massachusetts. After a devastating fire in 1973, Solomon Metals was relocated to a modern processing facility in Lynn, Massachusetts by Mickey Solomon, who has been the foundation of the business for over 50 years. Third generation, Steve Solomon, now runs the company with a group of industry veterans and professionals that have built Solomon Metals into one of the leading non-ferrous scrap wholesalers, brokers and processors in New England and across the entire Northeast region.
